Nestled comfortably in Southern California,
southwest of the Santa
Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument, Anza Valley
is home to many rural delights and a variety of indigenous wildlife.
Anza’s pastoral setting offers a welcomed reprieve from the
congestion of city life, where one can absorb the refreshing sense
of serenity by simply scanning the open ranges and magnificent skies
for as far as the eye can see.
Anza has hiking trails, a museum, historical monuments and its
own Cahuilla
Casino. You won't want to miss our traditional Anza Days, which usually occurs around the Fourth of July each year. In addition, our many services clubs always have something exciting happening: for example, the Anza Lions Club, Soroptimist, the Anza Thimble Club, to list a few.
Anza is also a leisurely 30-some mile drive to
many Southern California inland valley adventures, including such
areas as Palm
Springs, Idyllwild,
and Temecula.
Hiking and riding trails, camping, fishing, gambling and shopping
are but a few of the enjoyments of the area.
For information contact the Anza
Valley Chamber of Commerce. |
